The Acommodation
Comprises two en-suite bedrooms and a shared gallery & dining room.
Birch: 1st floor twin bedroom with SkyTV, kettle, & toilet/shower facility
Rowan: 2nd floor double bedroom with SkyTV, kettle & toilet/bath/shower which also includes a single futon
The gallery contains a selection of books, games, & DVDs.
The dining room has a fridge for guest use and chairs from which you can contemplate the view over Grindsbrook toward the Kinder plateau, or just contemplate.
Rates:
Those quoted below are per room, including breakfast:
First night: £100; subsequent nights: £60
Discounts: For single occupancy of either room 20% For family occupation of both rooms 20%
For example, if a family of four stay for 5 nights, the average daily cost per person is £27.20; with five staying, this falls to £21.76
Full English breakfast is available until 9.00 am. We endeavour to provide quality local produce – by source or manufacture – wherever possible.
Booking Arrangements
Your room is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure, but flexibility is possible depending on circumstances. Please notify your estimated time of arrival upon booking so that arrangements can be made for key collection if necessary.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking (please make the cheque payable to 'B Pierce'). Bookings will be confirmed when the deposit is received.
